Fatima Syed

Fatima Syed is a Mississauga-based freelance writer, journalist, and broadcaster. In addition to reporting for The Logic, National Observer, and the Toronto Star, Fatima has guest-hosted CANADALAND and The Big Story podcasts. She is a Digital Publishing Award winner and National Magazine Award finalist. A self-declared GIF-queen, Fatima runs the Canadian Association of Journalists’ social media, as well as her own.
