Bert Archer has 25 years’ experience in media. He’s worked as an editor for the Globe and Mail and Toronto Star and wrote for such places as BBC, CNN, and the Washington Post. Best known for taking an elevated approach to travel writing, Bert spent the decade before the pandemic last reporting from eighty countries or three- or four hundred cities. Toronto Life called his book, The End of Gay (and the death of heterosexuality), “infuriatingly smart and funny.”
