Bert Archer
Ethical foundations are crucial to the field of journalism, regardless of genre or format. From quoting and recording to self-identifying and double-sourcing, journalist Bert Archer will help social media journalists and influencers get their basics down. He’ll cover those stickier questions, like the difference between writing what you know and conflict of interests and our developing understanding of objective reporting. Bert will also tackle issues as they relate to lifestyle writers, social media journalists and influencer types, including getting stuff for free, writing about products, and journalism versus marketing.
