Learn how to launch a new show or season, market your podcast, grow your audience, monetize your show, earn sponsorships, and take your skills pro in the podcasting industry. Jam-packed with group exercises, lectures, and a Q&A, award-winning podcaster Courtney Kocak will focus on the business side of podcasting to take your podcast to the next level. The workshop is designed for anyone with an existing podcast, or someone with a new concept plus some audio experience.
This class offers students the option to upgrade to Stream B for an additional fee. Stream B students will receive a consultation on their podcast project with Courtney.

Stream A (lecture only): $65 🇨🇦 | ~$49 🇺🇸 (plus 5% sales tax) per student
Stream B (lecture and feedback): $199 🇨🇦| ~$149 🇺🇸 (plus 5% sales tax) per student (max 12 students)

Live 3-hr lesson (with break) with Q&A; access to re-watch the webinar anytime you want. Students who upgrade to Stream B for an additional fee will also receive a personal consultation from Courtney on their newsletter project (details below).
PREREQUISITE
This intensive is intended for people who have a show in progress, are gearing up to launch a podcast, and/or want to take their existing audio skills pro.
REGISTRATION
After checkout, you’ll receive a receipt with a link to download your tickets, which will include Zoom passcodes and additional webinar information. You will also receive an emailed reminder a few days before the event.
ACCESSIBILITY & RECORDING
This webinar is designed for live participation but a recording of the webinar will be provided to all registrants to stream if they’re unable to attend in full or wish to view it again. Closed captioning is also available for both live and recorded video, however, it’s auto-generated and subject to error.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Courtney Kocak is a writer, podcaster, and comedian based in Los Angeles. She wrote for Amazon’s Emmy-winning animated series Danger & Eggs and Netflix’s Know It All podcast. She’s produced a slew of highly-ranked podcasts—including The Bellas Podcast, which debuted at #1 on Apple Podcasts, PayPal’s Never Stand Still, and Girlboss Radio—and currently hosts three of her own: Private Parts Unknown, about love and sexuality around the world, with over 1.5 million downloads to date, The Bleeders, about book writing and publishing, and Podcast Bestie, a very meta podcast for podcasters. Courtney is an independent producer for NPR affiliate KCRW, where she occasionally contributes radio stories, and her work has earned an LA Press Club award for gender and LGBT reporting.
